Whispers and Gossips

Hard Knock
Aston Villa Sacks Alex McLeish
The turbulent reign of Alex McLeish as coach of Aston Villa has come to its long awaited end. After a lengthy meeting with the board of the club, the management agreed to allow the former Birmingham gaffer seek another job outside Villa Park.
I feel this is looonnng overdue. Alex never enjoyed his time at Villa. He struggled to buy the fans to believe in his abilities throughout his stay...all to no avail. His previous record haunted him. He led Birmingham to relegation twice in three seasons! Besides, Birmingham are fierce rivals of Aston Villa, and was seen as a traitor. To crown it up, results did not come his way, he nearly led Aston to the drop AGAIN. Therefore, it obviously became difficult for him to earn the confidence of the fans.
Farewell McLeish...you should have known better.
Papa Ferguson again!
My time says...
Deflated Manchester United’s coach continues his taunts game against rivals- City. He retorts that United will not spend a fortune to wrestle with city rivals. In his words:  “...we’re not like other clubs who can spend fortunes on proven goods. We know City are going to spend fortunes, pay stupid money, pay silly salaries and all that.”
Baba Fergie, that’s enough. Lose like a gentleman and just congratulate the winner. You spend big money too, but don’t tag it ‘stupid’. Come to think of it... your starting eleven for the final game of the season was worth £169m, while that of City was £161m...who’s spending stupid money?
He also went on to state that all premier league matches on the final day should end the same time. That’s the height! I guess he’s not too old to know that events and happenings differ in different matches, and referees are to use their discretion to discern when to blow the final whistle. He mourned over this because City scored the winner 13 seconds after their own match ended. But my take on this is that his complaints hold no water....too flimsy, too lame!
Carlos reignites rivalry.
Fergie See...
Carlos Tevez was spotted yesterday displaying a banner tagged: “RIP Fergie” during the trophy parade in the city of Manchester. It is understood that this banner taunts Ferguson who said in 2009 that City will not top United in his “life time”. Now that it has been accomplished, a harsh reminder was sent to him by his former player.
My take? Tevez, that was going too far...he was your former boss. Moreover, you should be keeping a low profile after the saga you were involved in earlier this season. But Fergie, you should be having a rethinking before dropping heavy taunts, as they may haunt you someday...lol

  1. Ferguson should resign because his career is on a downward movement. He spent on young, de gea, jones, nd still ended trophyless.
He's a known bad-loser. Tevez is his perfect match...no wonder they couldn't get alone well.
